A great light summery treat using the best from your garden. Perfect for grilling whole or cut up with fresh veggies for kabobs.
Sage Oregano Chicken
1/2 pound of chicken
2 tbs fresh sage, chopped (or more to taste)
2 tbs fresh oregano, chopped (or more to taste)
1/2 fresh lemon juice (squeezed)
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp fresh crushed pepper
Add all ingredients with chicken. Shake well, let marinate 30 mins or overnight. Grill and enjoy!
