This week it was much easier to handle our CSA pick-up. I have to admit, I was a bit overwhelmed last week as I quickly filled my basket with lush beautiful greens. This week, I made trip to the dollar store and picked up some large plastic (BPA Free) containers. I cleaned all the greens, added a dry paper towel to the bottom and stored all my greens. It’s been over a week now and they are still as crisp as the day I picked them up.

I also did lots of juicing with the spring beets. It’s the first time I have ever had Kohlrabi and Tatsoi. I really like both. This week we picked up a bunch of new greens and beets! Can’t wait to show you what I am doing with those!
