Fall Friends

This Fall, Griffin has been making lots of new friend discoveries.
Little Wooly Bear Caterpillars, like this one, have been hanging out in our yard.
Griffin was very excited to play with his new fuzzy friend.
Wooly Bears are best known for predicting weather with their stripes. They say, a brown stripe that is more than 1/3 of the body color predicts a mild to average winter.
Gosh, I hope this little fuzzy guy is right!

I have never seen a caterpillar like that before…I don’t think we get them here, but Abby would love it if we did!!

I rememeber loving caterpillars as a kid. Now? I’m not so sure! He looks like he is having a wonderful time!xx

Love those little Wooly Bears! I haven’t seen them since I was a kid. Great photos!
