Have You Used Your Bread Machine Today?

Every few months we have an “ode to Spikes Junkyard Dogs”. Spikes is an awesome hot dog joint in Providence that I use to visit frequently when I lived there. They have crazy hot dog combinations that are all SO yummy.

I didn’t have any hot dog buns and was too lazy to drag Griff to the store, so I threw some dough in the bread machine. When the dough was ready, I shaped them into small hot dog rolls. When they baked, they rose to the perfect size. We had the good hot dogs on home made buns, smothered with baked beans, mustard and onions. I can only eat one, barely, but Shaun downed two and was looking for more! They are the best!!!

I know, I know- processed food…but man, once in a while doesn’t hurt!
